I had given my home sample for rt pcr test on 10th of july at around 3:44pm to be precise, stating clearly that i require it on 11th of july anyhow as i have flight at 3am the very next day! And i was given the assurance that it will be sent on time. After constantly nagging them, I was told that i will recieve it before 9:30am on 12th . But unfortunately I didn't recieve it on time, and even after constantly contacting them and letting them know the gravity of the situation, the staff was not at all responsive and cooperative. Hence, due to the system and staff incompetency and ignorance i missed my flight on 12th of july which is not at all acceptable, the money spent on my ticket all went down the drain just because of the inconvienience caused by your department and staff. Hence I NEED A FULL REFUND OF THE FEE CHARGED FOR TEST WHICH WAS RS. 750 & ALSO FULL COMPENSATION FOR THE TICKET PRICE WHICH WAS FOR RS. 12, 562 ( bglr-ktm, nepal) !!!
