Apollo Clinic — mismanagement about slot timing and report delivery

Every single day they used to make me wait for hours for the consultation and they never deliver the report on time and again waste of hours time. They behave like it is pretty normal case. This is happening again and again. Yesterday i have done a hba1c on an urgent basis, as i had to meet doctor at 11:30am. They told me that reports will be available by that time and they given me appointment today 11:30 slot. I came on time, upon enquiring i found that report is not ready yet. As a result of that i have to wait till 12pm. Do they really think that it’s possible for a private company employees are having that much of time? If so then why they are faking it by giving false slot timing and false promises?

I have ordered something online from apollo clinic on phone pe switch(order id:[protected] on 30th November and it's been a week the order is not billed and the delivery is not updated. If there is any issue please solve it👈👈👌 and make sure that the order will be delivered to the given address. Thank you.
