Apollo Clinic, Shibpur Howrah — complete mismanagement. there is complete communication gap between doctor's asstt. and clinic staff.

I have booked appointment for dr. Sidhartha gupta in morning by calling dr. Asstt. And apollo clinic. After arrived in clinic befor 30 minutes of doctor's arrival, i came to know that my mothers name was not listed by clinic staff and they have given last no. Despite paying fees and came early their is no provision of first come first serve here. Late commers are allowed to serve first as they are residing nearby and may be known to the clinic staff. Since i came here from distance and despite calling several times to clinic and dr. Asstt. No one has listed my no. And make my ill mother to sit for more than 2.30 hrs. My simple quaestion is if a petient came first and paid fees even though called clinic staff for appointment should be forced to wait for hours because staff has not listed name properly. And dr. Asstt. Also called several time which was not respondive. He simply denied i have not received any such call. All most all the hospitals and clinics are following this rule "first come first serve" than why not here. Why petients are kept in dark as per conveinence of clinic staff and dr. Asstt. Govt. Is working so hard to make health service convinent for public but in reality after paying hectic fees also peaople are harrased by the concerned. It highly condemnable and intollarable. This should be taken on high priority and ensure to not happened with any peteint in future.
