Itâs one of the worst experience I had, I pity all those who had opted Apollo Clinic Koramangala as there CENTER for their annual Health checkup .
The CENTER Head is such a sense less person that he cares damn ### to the CUSTOMER Service .
Such people should not be entertained in any service Industries.
Mr. Ajay, who was the CENTER Head, was questioned by us ( Those who had come for their Annual Health Checkup), that we had come there by 8:30 am as per the time slot provided by them.
But, it was till 12 :15 pm, we had just finished our Pre Fasting blood, ECG and Eye testing, post our breakfast, our files were collected and for Ultra sound and other tests, we could see they were giving importance and prominence only too there walk-in or there direct patients rather than the Annual Health Check up . Our questioning was treated as if we have come for a free service . He was so ruthless to say that, if you canât wait, you can leave. He says they are priority as the have got confirmed appointment, then what have we got from you, is it not an appointment . Is it a free service .
I need you people to take up at right level and revert back, I would raise this on public FORUMs, and institutions that such institutions to be banned. Was this information helpful? |
