I am regular customer and sending courier pan india trough trackon from last 3 years.
I have sended a parcel to lucknow[protected].

This tracking number generated on 15th march 2019.
Still that not been delivered to given address, my regular guys in delhi who use to pick the material is given some contact numbers.

[protected] (Mamta) its non of her business of trcking the parcel.

My friend name abhishek kasaudhan called several times they are continuesly saying that they will deliver today since 18march.

Please take right steps against service persons of the given branch.
And assure me the delivery status asap.
