Pateint name - navin d jain Patient ip no anmip22709 Location - apollo hospital cbd bellapur, maharashtra, india Room no 6012 I have taken admission yesterday on[protected] At around 4.00pm I face many problem from the minute of admission 1) bad air conditioner in lobby of emergency Done the complaint at reception but they answer air conditioner is ok, the tempreture was 26-29 degree 2) i shifted for general ward room no 6039 Same issue with air conditioner in ward Due to this i taken private room for patient 3) i shifted to private room in 6012 And many problem i faceing from different services, A) i taken admission at 4.00pm around shifted at 6012 around 6.30pm and their is no dinner provided at night for patient B) pateint haveing heavy blood from his nose i complaint 4-5 times to no44 from telephone of room for tizsue papper or cotton I dint get it for 1 hour C) they forget to given dinner on 2nd oct 2018 night D) their is no morning tea or coffee from till 10 I ask 6-7 times for tea or coffee but they didnt send and ascusses me for they didnt get any dietian plan to their team E) i have taken permission for food from home as their is no good sense of humour for patient food F) as pateint is on blood transmission as sister didnt put they instrument proper the all blood out from insutrument to bedsheet Its very bad experience for the first time after 3 admission in hospital "charges are heavy and patient care is less" Was this information helpful? | |||
