Apollo Hospital — consultant fees twice

My uhid is aghl [protected], i visited dr arnab basak on 28.12, he prescribed me some tests. I did these at apollo hospital, i got all the reports on 05.01. I made an appointment with dr 04.01 to show all the reports on 05.01. On that day dr's secretary told us that we have pay again consultant fees to show him reports. I didn't delay any day. Then how a dr can claim twice consultant fee? I went to show him the reports what he prescribed and i didn't delay any day.. How can he do so? If he claims to go prescribe tests and to go through the reports then what a layman can do? I want money back for dr s 2nd time fees. How a dr can claim twice?? It's totally cheating. I was then helpless, i have to show him reports, so i paid it. But this system must meets an end, it can't be continued. That dr is totally encashing our urgently. If he claims to go through the reports then he must inform it to the patient party before treatment, then i will not visit him.. But after doing all the tests according to his advice, i have nothing to pay him to show him the reports. According to me it's a trap totally. It must meet an end as early as possible and i want my 2nd consultant fees back
