Apollo Hospital — dispensary asking for secret number of atm cards for bill payments

Sir, my name is n jagdish rao, mob. No [protected], regular customer of vadlapudi, visakhapatnam dispensary. For corona prevention steps are taken deliver medicines at entry of shop itself which is good. However for payment by card shopkeeper is asking for atm card secret number. Which is illegal as per guidelines of rbi. They give justification that machine card cord can not reach till entry. My suggestion is learn from petrol pumpscard payment by card. This practice of getting atm secret number must stop.
