[Resolved] Apollo Hospital — non responsive staff
My relative got admitted in apollo omr at night. She was admitted at 1:30 pm at night. Even at 8 am in the morning now, we haven't got any update on her stability. Receptionist is not giving proper response. Security is not contacting the staff in icu stating that they are busy for more than 1:30 hours. No complaint number is available in premises.

The guest relations department officer spoke to us and described the procedure and clarified the reason for misunderstanding. They also mentioned the places where complaint phone number could be found.
