Apollo Hospital — overcharging for tb treatment

I am currently undergoing treatment for tb in apollo hospital, jasola (New delhi). Although, i keep hearing that treatment for tb is free in india. But here i am already paying 1500 rs for every sitting with doctor, also they have asked me to get a culture test done which is almost costing me 25, 000 rupees.
I understand that free treatment is offered in government hospitals only, but at the same we should also check that private hospitals are not fooling the customers.
