Apollo Hospital — Partial Report shared for Annual check by Apollo Diagnostics

Hi,
Lab Technician collected blood and urine samples on 17-Oct-2022 at home in ecity Bangalore. My report was supposed to be generated by 9am 18-Oct. Till today 23-Oct -2022 report shows partially generated. Called lab technician he gave customer care number for the report. Following up with customer care numbers[protected] and[protected] till today no response. Sent mail to apollo help desk, diagnostic support and grievance cell. Still no response. After follow up from my end now they are saying technical issue. Will come and collect samples once again or will initiate refund process from help desk. No response from Grievance cell and cell number[protected] always all executive s are busy and then not available. This is the response from Apollo.
