One of our insured MEETRAJ GOPE is admitted at Apollo Children Hospital at 15, SHAFI MOHAMMED ROAD, THOUSAND LIGHTS
CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU, Pin: 600006 on 11th March 2021.
Surprisingly, from yesterday there is a query and hospital cashless dept people are not interested in providing the reply. Today morning ( 12th March 2021) from TPA's end, I myself sent query letter again at the email ID [protected]@apollohospitals.com. In response they said, they can not reply to our query. They want hard cash. They were so rude & did not want to reply against our query.
Sir, what is the use of opening cashless dept, if your people are so rude in behaviour & they are not interested in providing cashless. They want only cash. Imagine our customer went to your hospital all the way from Assam & due to your cashless dept staff's sick behaviour, finally he had to pay cash. Is this the kind of training you give them ??? Is this your intension of service ??
We criticize such unethical behaviour & we demand a written statement against our query.

The patient name Mast. Meetraj Gope ( ACH1.[protected]) was admitted in our hospital on 11.03.2021 under day care for surgical procedure. Since he want to get reimbursement extended 24 hrs stay in the hospital. Still he requested for cashless after admission and we processed the same day to Insurance TPA. Since we didnot get any response from insurance till the discharge finalised. Due to the delay process from insurance TPA. The attender requested to made the documents for reimbursement. Later we received qurey from insurance after all his completion of final cash settlement. Hence we requested to go for reimbursment and the attender accepted for the same. The patient bill has been closed with maximum discount given as per our hospital policy.All the necessary documents were provided to the patient by our insurance department for their smooth process.
