Apollo Hospital — They denied to provide nurse after 7 hrs of requesting them to provide me a nurse for home service

I called apollo for home service nurse to change my mom's catheter they asked me to provide information on whatsapp which I did after that they said they will call me back but even after 2 hrs I didn't rcv a call back so I called them back n I did not get any response when I contacted another person from apollo she told me u r her (first person) client then plz contact her I can't help u n did not rcv my calls aftet that when I kept calling the first person she said I will let u know give me sometime I was being polite n after 7 hrs of requesting them to provide me a nurse she told me that we can't provide a nurse as there is lack of manpower if there was anything like this she could hv told me early in the morning time when I called them for the first time instead of making me wait for them the whole day . N when I asked them why they didn't inform me this thing earlier they started arguing me literally they were screaming at me
