Apollo Hospital — wrong treatment to my father

Respected sir, guwahati apollo hospital treatment quality is very poor, because my father undergoing b/l hernia surgery from dr albert khente ms. He was doing a simple surgery for three times. All the the times he was done wrong surgery. I paid for this surgery 10lacs. But my father health day by day detorating, when i consut this doctor they give false commitment. Now what i can do.
