Apollo Munich Health Insurance — addition and deletion of group policy

We pathansitu company requested to add/ deletion of employee in group health insurance on 5th nov 2019. Till now it is not done and will update in couple of days. If you take this much of time for this process how can we prefer your policies, other company doing this work in 24 hr. If not possible to do tell me the same thing. Please dont waste customer timely extending so many days
