[Resolved]  Apollo Munich Health Insurance — advisor service & behaviour

I have 3 policies apollo health insurance 1 my & 2 my sons my advisor name meenakshi yadav & her code 80157280
My complaint for my advisor she didn't cooperate & not provided proper service not any help if i ask any thing she told me i m not done y done ur work i have 3 policies my policy no

I m not rec these policies i have called my advisor for policy she asked me in 10 days she delivered policies to me by hand 10 days
I said ok but pass 1 month i have call again on 26th march meenakshi what about policies.
She provided foolish & # reason ki mere papa nahi hai mother widow hai mere brother ki beti hui hai mein bhabhi ke pass hospital hoon
I ask her every person have some issue but she argue with me kya mein apni family chhod du. Faltu kaam ke liye
I'm shocked i told her what attitude u have & ii[censored] r not provided service i have complaint against u.
After 15 min i have rec call frm another person behalf of meenakshi ki please don't file complaint. Give some time after 31march i have give u policies. How can advisor provided my no to another person.

Please take strick action against meenakshi yadav code 80157280 she is irresponsible person & not dedicated to provided services & done her work. She don't have manners i want to know status about my complaint as soon as possible
