I booked an international flight in makemytrip.com with booking id: nn[protected]. I have selected apollo munich travel insurance during booking. Once the ticket was booked, i received a travel insurance with complete wrong values in my passport number and dob fields. I don't know from where these values have been gathered and incorporated in the insurance. This is happening second time for me. I am not sure. What is the procedure to correct my details I have been calling them to expedite the process but no response. I request to expedite the process otherwise i will have to sue the company for my loss, Was this information helpful? | |
