[Resolved]  Apollo Munich Health Insurance — apollo munich wrong details in travel insurance through makemytrip

I booked an international flight in makemytrip.com on 21-feb-2019 (. Booking id: nn[protected]. I have selected apollo munich travel insurance during booking. Once the ticket was booked, i received a travel insurance with complete wrong values in my passport number and dob fields (Policy-no-et[protected] i don't know from where the wrong values have been gathered and incorporated in the insurance.

I had raised a complaint on makemytrip on friday morning 15-march-2019 to provide travel insurance with correct details. I was having visa interview on same day which i rescheduled to 29-march-2019. But no response till now.
I have a visa interview tomorrow and i needed this document very urgent. I raised a complaint with makemytrip customer care. I was promised that it will be resolved in 24hrs but now since it crossed the promised time by customer care and no corrected insurance copy yet!!

I also raised a complaint with apollo munich but customer care was not able to help me.

I request to expedite the process otherwise i will have to sue the company for my loss of visa interview, flight ticket becoming invalid due to my inability to submit travel insurance to the schengen consulate general.
