Dear sir/ma'am

I puneet khattar son of mrs lata khattar.
Case id: 576297/1
My mother is suffering from disease due to which she is admitted in max super specialty hospital vaishali ghaziabad. We have taken policy from apollo munich health insurance company 1 year back in march 2018.

And now we applied for cashless claim from apollo munich health insurance company and they rejected my request and saying there is possibility of pre external disease due to which we cannot approve your request.

For which senior doctor from max hospital already given the statement (Given on doctor letter head with stamp) that the disease is recently diagnosed and there is no past history or any treatment taken by patient for the same.
Doctor number is already mentioned on letter head they can call him and confirm for the same.

We belong to middle class family thats why we have taken insurance from apollo munich for our safety and security. But they are not considering my mother condition and saying we have taken the insurance because we already know about that disease. Kindly clear why should i wait for my insurance instead of not doing treatment of my mother. Why would we take risk of her life because of 2 lakhs rupees.

Kindly help to take any action against it.
