[Resolved] Apollo Munich Health Insurance — declined claim

My aunty met with a accident and suffered a fracture, the policy says accidents are covered after 30days of policy bought. Yet her claim was declined giving a reason that the treatment which was done to save her life is not covered. She is a widow and with no source of income. She had to beg others to get her treated. What is the use of taking such health insurance which is famous for declining claims. Some day you will be in her shoes and it is going to hurt you very bad. Was this information helpful?
