Apollo Munich Health Insurance — pabba srikanth covered under uhid [protected]-claim reimbursement

Dear team,
Am apollo munich insurance holder, my policy no 130100/11229/ax00159539,
Am in a admitted in amma hospital at hayatnagar due to dengue fever with thrombocytopenia on 03/oct/2018 to 05/oct/2018, total hospital bill 20010/-.

Am send the all reimbursement bills to ur apollo munich claim office but still now not credited amount in my account.. Already we handover to cancel check and ur noted all copies to ur office and so many times we follow up ur person mr. Navin [protected] (Apollo munich insurance person). He said we also followup but no response in my office...
What to do... This is not correct... Kindly clear my reimbursement claim.
