Apollo Munich Health Insurance — pre and post hospitalization expenses not processed even after submitting all the original proofs

Despite submitting all the required original documents my claim has still not been processed and i have been informed that the same will not be taken into consideration as i have not provided all the relevant prescriptions. We have already have any other bills or prescriptions from the doctor. Also, we only have the images of the attached prescriptions as all the original bills as well as prescriptions (Including the ones that i have shared over email) are there with your team.
