Apollo Pharmacy — Apollo pharmacy did not deliver important medicine needed urgently

My medicine order#[protected] was ordered and paid online on 5th May 2021 and was supposed to be delivered on 6th May. No updates have been provided regarding the non-delivery of the order and no response was made after repeated attempts to contact the customer care. It doesn't seem they care about the customers at all. If the medicine was out of stock they should not have taken the order and money in the first place, and when they knew they should have immediately contacted me and given full refund. They have a non-functional website, where even cancellation option doesn't exist. Kindly deliver the medicine you have promised to. Not delivering the medicine to my needy parent and then staying silent and unresponsive in this crisis situation is extremely hurtful, unkind and in very poor taste. Either the medicine should be delivered or complete refund should be made immediately.
