I had purchased appolo glycometer from near by appolo store. Today i visited same store for glycometer strips. They said model has stopped the response was bad from one of your staff. What we have to do investing on this? Why we have to buy one more instrument by losing money for non supply of strips. We had great belief on appolo brand but very sorry to note the way they behaved.
Please arrange to resolve by supplying strips or exchange.
