[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — misbehavior of the employee | |||
Yesterday i had gone to buy medicine from apollo pharmacy greenfield height kolkata new town... I wanted to redeem my points... They said that otp will be sent to my phone.. But due to their problem i did not receive any otp.. Where as all other messages were entering my ph... One raju chettry employee very rudely ordered me to throw away my mobile.. And in a very filthy language he said that i am not fit to use android ph... If this is the way a employee of apollo speaks with the customer i am no more interested to visit apollo in future.. As my husband is suffering from parkinson i require med every other day.. I hope my complaint will be registered and action taken against the said employee... They are also not ready to redeem the point when we buy the medicine.. And orders to come back when the shop is empty... Was this information helpful? | |||

Sorry to say that last night I get abused through ur employee from sec 53 branch and at that time he was drunk. I won't to b connect with u and ur pharmacy either that's ur policy to deal ur costumer.
