Hi, My name is vinay, i have purchased dental floss instead of interdental brush on 20/06/2018 at apollo pharmacy sarswathi nagar, davangere, karnataka. When i asked them to exchange the product they refused to do so by saying you're the first/only customer to purchase at their store.
