[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — purchased items through phone pay transaction | |||
Dear sir Yesterday I purchased items at your Apollo pharmacy Abbas NAGAR branch Kurnool through phonepe. My wallet balance of 50/- debited and rest amount 157.40/- debited from my credit card. I get transaction successful message. But shopkeeper refused that he had not received money. While completing transaction after entering otp the shopkeeper resend the payment link without informing me for which he couldn't received the payment for successful transaction also. I take up the matter with phonepe lodged a complaint they replied that there was no issue with the transaction ( screen shot enclosed)and it was clear. I have not received the product from shopkeeper and amount was already debited. Pls do the needful at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
