I order an oximeter through apollo 24/7 on 9th september 2020 and got delivered on 10th sep'2020. But received a damaged item for which i have dropped an email, called the many times, binged on what's up and pinged on social media, nobody is responding, even i mailed to the ceo as well for the damaged, as nobody is answering. Yesterday itself, i raised the issue.. But till now they did not even solved, seems like very careless and unprofessional. Kindly request you to take this item back and refund my payment.
