Apollo Pharmacy — Refund for cancelled order

Regarding my order. Status_Order ID:[protected]

I placed a order form Apollo and cancelled the order. The refund is still not done. I am unable to reach them. It’s still pending. No one from customer support is contacting to solve this issue
