I didn't get my order yet... I order my Gillette blades on Feb 5 but yet I can't receive nothing . I don't like the services provided by Apollo pharmacy they also take money by online payment. Plsss help

The order was not processed due to Pending payment and later order was cancelled by the customer. Informed the same to the customer and initiated the refund.
I have a complaint...
It's been more than a month... There was a problem with one of my transactions..in which amount had been deducted..
Becausr of not received by the merchant side, i was asked to pay again. And the previous paid amount will be refunded for sure.
I used to call the retailer.. He used to tell it will take time.. But no action was taken
