[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — regarding refund of a purchased product | |
I had purchased a xylomist nasal drops from Apollo pharmacy outlet of new ranip, Ahmedabad and had paid through Paytm 2 days back. I wanted to refund the product due to lack of indication for its use. But the vendor denied for giving the money back or crediting it into our Apollo account or even buying some other medications in place of it, and the reason given was that since payment is done online the product can't be taken back. 3 days ago i have purchased medicine from one of their Hyderabad Store and i have received Duplicate medicines. It is very clear in-fact admitted by your own salesman. So i need to know who and how the action is taken against the whole fake/duplicate medicine stuffs ?
