[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Rude behaviour of Employee in Apollo Pharmacy - regarding | |||
Sir, I was taken Apollo card one year back and buying all medicines from your Apollo pharmacies only. Today i with my wife went to your Apollo Pharmacy at Ashoknagar, BHEL Township area, Hyderabad-50 and asked for BP tablets Telsartan - 40 - Activ for my wife. We told three times about the medicine, the boy sitting on the counter was not listening to us and not responded. Another boy stood behind him listened to us and brought the medicine. My wife told with the boy that, the boy stood behind you is listened our voice and you are not caring us. Try to answer the customers that yes or no or wait madem. He replied that if you want medicine you have to wait and I am from Telangana state, so my behaviour will be like that only. I will not say anybody sir or madem. That is the nature of Telangana people. You should know about it. I said : brother Telangana or Andhra doesn't matter, you have to respond to the customer in your known language. But not responding and behaving carelessly will spoil the business of your company and you. More over, I am also from Telangana. Nobody will be like you i.e. proudly. I observed you several times that you are behaving very rudely with the customers. Please change your attitude. He replied that i will be like that only, That is my wish. Who are you to tell about me. If you want you can complaint to anybody. I enquired his name and found that he is Mr.Raju. Here, i want to know from M/s Apollo that what is the mechanism that you are observing your employees behaviour. If it lacks your business and brand will be spoiled. You can observe my purchases in your Pharmacy that if you respond to my mail i will give my Apollo account number. Now I am decided not to purchase from Apollo Pharmacy. I am working as a senior executive in a PSU. Around 100 plus employees works under me. I want to discuss about your Pharmacy staff behaviour and explain this incident to all of them in our meetings. If i got response from your company, i will rethink and i want to know the type action you will take on your staff if he behaves rudely. With Regards, Yadagiri B.
