On 27th jan i went to arcot branch at 10am and given the prescription by whattsup. I informed return back at evening make ready all tablets. When i go at evening the tablets not ready. The sales man make ready and billed. The bill was rs 3016 and swiped my card. While verification the tablets extra added and the amount return back by cash. At the time only we know that one tablet not available. The sales man send a person to collect tablets other than apollo. These process taken 1.5 hours.
