Hi this is pradeep Regarding ; compalaint on apollo pharmacy I am regular customer from 2 years for apollo pharmacy. Recently i took milk powder for my son as i took every month in a apollo pharmacy similac stage 2. Validity 2019 When i came to home to feed my son just i opend i shock because i seen insects on powder. I raise the complaint on apollo pharmacy but the person who is sales excutive he didnt response he given me a call like sir come and replace thats it but still not again i didnt get any feedback from them or they didnt given call back to me so please find the attachments i have video also dont no its not uploding i just uploaded images with insect and bill have a look and let me know what type of action we can take on them. Because if i feed with out seeing powder to my son 1 year boy if any things happend who is the response for that? Please have a look on this matter and need full to me. I am highly disappointed by the service of apollo pharmacy outlet in sector 7 chandigarh. As i went there for medicines jalra M, amlong A, cepodem xp 325, n many more .. dese people denied to give me medicines with discount saying after 10 pm we do not give discounts.😤😤 Dis is nt the service i expected from such reputed company.!
