Without my fault, firing on me at the time of billing. No other customers at time, not busy hours.
Came to know after talking the items that, the item I purchased has free item. When they fire on the customer your focus will be changed, so that you will forget the free items with the items you purchased.
Don't know how many people cheated like this.
