[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — wrong product delivered and not exchanging with right product and billing issue | |||
Hi all, i've bought similac 3 product for my 1 yrsr old kid 2 quantity. They gave similac 2 (6 months kid) and 3 (1 year kid). I've noticed after reaching home. When i asked them for exchange, they have responded saying its not their policy to return or exchange and their behavior is very rude. Apollo pharmacy, karanaipuduchery road, urapakkam. I'm buying here regularly and most of the times they are giving wrong product to the customer, and they are expecting its customer's responsibility to verify. Representatives in the pharmacy is not qualified to sell medicine. There is a high chance of sending the wrong product. Most of the times they ll not add credit points to my account.
