A patient got operated for kidney stone removal at Apollo and a stent/tube has been kept inside and advised her to come back after 10 days for removal of the same. When she came back after 10 days to hospital and waited for almost 4 hours to meet the doctor and doctor met her for 60 secs and told her to take x ray and scan. He could have told her to bring the x ray and scan while discharging after operation. Next day he gave appointment at 2 pm and until 5 pm she was not able to meet him.
