[Resolved] Apollo Tyres — tyre got burst within 11000 km run | |||
I purchased vitara breeza zdi+ model. It ran 11000 km with in 1 year and tyre got bursted. I put a complaint with helpline no n as per suggestion I went to appolo official dealer Dharamsala as per Mr. Parish kumar (chandigarh) suggestion. Now simple massage i got is your request has been rejected.how poor quality of a tyre can be which is just not running for 11000 km.. Instead of helping me out they have wasted my 2 months. I have faced worst customer dealing quality.I have again put a complain againt it as i am not at all satisfied. I need a replacement of this tyre .I have photo of tyre and attaching it. This is regarding the Apollo tyre. I have purchased Two Apollo tyre from Apollo showroom in Gaya in 2015. Due to Manufacturing defects, both the tyres have developed bubbles and bulged out.
Kindly take necessary action from your end to replace the defective tyre as soon as possible.

My new tyre was punctured and apollo
Tyre executive rejected my warranty only drive 10500 kms. And his behaviour is very poor. I met mr. Anant kumar rana and mr. Rajendra singh at lucknow transport nagar office. And he is demanding some money to replace my tyre.

I have purchased a new swift vdi car from ktl pvt ltd lucknow. I m going to somewhere from my car suddenly my tyre was punctured and going to puncture shop he told me your tyre is unable to repair and suggest me to contact dealer of apollo tyre. So i just come to Lucknow and meet mr. Rajendra singh and mr. Anant rana at transport nagar office he rejected my tyre i have driven only 10500 kms only. Mr. Rajendra singh is a very illiterate person he talk to me just like a he is a managing director of company. When i request him to replace the tyre he is demanding some money. Then i told him i m going to consumer forum and complain he says just go and do it.
