One jbl xtreme wireless portable speaker ordered on 12/10/18 in amazon.in site vide order no[protected]. The said product sent by the seller appario retail private ltd. Vide invoice no. Sccc-354072, invoice details : wb-sccc[protected] date 12/10/18. The item was delivered on 31/10/18 at my neighbors house.. Due to outstation, on 10/11/18 i returned at night and opened the box and found that speaker has not been connected with the phone bluetooth in spite of downloading jbl connect app.. Power switch of jbl speaker is not working i. E. On or off during power supplied by inbuilt power bank. Both connecting switch and power switch blinking during charging from main electric line/plug. Return / replacement window was also closed on 03/11/18 within three days of delivery. Amazon customer service man also not helpful to replace the item. Plz do something to replace the same

WD Hard disk is not detecting
I had purchased infinite fuse 100 which was (refurbished) on 31/12/2019. But after three month it started malfunctioing just showing red light . Then i went to the jbl service center to caim my warranty but they said it's not our responsibility because it's refurbished products you can contect to your seller but i dont know how to connect with them how to complaint . And to whom do i neend to talk
