Appco Group India — false promises made for making tata sky connection

One day somewhere during end of Dec'17 a boy and a girl came to our house introducing themselves as Mr.Tejas and Ms Khushi students of NIIT college and started explaining about TATA sky connection. We said v r not interested but they continued to convince me that a set of box costing Rs.4500 will be given at a lesser price Rs.2500/- and two months free connection with all the channels and later on only we are to recharge for Rs.229/- for south pack that we get all the south channels.
We got the activation done on 24th January 2018 and got automatically disconnected on 17th Febraury 2018, I stated getting the message that I should recharge on 17.2.2018.

Why all this, did I call any TATA sky person or did I do any online search for this, why Appco group / Tejas / Kushi are troubling me, we do not have any connection, no channels. We were very happy with our local HATHWAY TV Channels.

Only Ms Kushi was available on phone sometimes, but she says she is helpless I have to contact the custmer care ...
Is it fair on your part ?

I want this to be sorted out at the earliest.
