I have purchased a new iPhone X Silver, 64 GB from an apple store. Within a period pf 3 weeks, there is a green vertical line appearing on the display. When i informed the customer service, that confirmed that it is a hardware issue. They have now arranged to replace the display and are returning a repaired phone. I am not convinced to use a repaired phone and requested them to replace the handset. They have declined. After investing almost close to a lakh INR, this is the service guarantee from a so called quality brand.
