Apple India — cash back not received

Dealer: singh enterprises pvt. Ltd. Ba/4a janak puri, new delhi - 58
Billing amount paid: rupees 49, 900.00
Mode of payment: hdfc debit card

Cash back of rupees 5000 was suppose to be credited in my hdfc bank account within 120 days but yet not received.

I request the authorities to kindly take action for the same.
