Apple India — dead iphone | |||
I had brought iphone x from dubai. Started using it on 20th may with occasionally heating there was no other problem. But on 24th may it went dead. I went to service center that dad but could not register my complain as apple system were down and asked me to come on 27th may. But on 27th may the service center person says that they can not find and software problem and they need to send it to bangalore for major hardware problems. I did not get proper response from service center and call centre. I will like my phone to be replaced as it is a faculty phone.in just 4 days my phone is dead so i want my phone to be replaced Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased my iphone last month and suffering with problem that when I am receiving call it is not properly audible. If I increase the volume then huge noise background sounds starts. There is problem in speaker as it produce resound during conversation.

Earlier I was using redmi note4 that was excellent phone. Due to renowned brand apple, I decided to go for apple option but my experience is very bad.
