I have purchased new phone which is not working properly getting switched off automatically also facing network issue icare support only diagnose and returned the phone in very bad condition they are asking money to change new phone i have purchased a new iphone xr 19 days ago and this phone is also not working facing network issue heating problem charging issue performance issue (No service) showing i am very much upset and disappointed this is my second instance getting stuck in iphone.
