[Resolved] Apple India — mac book air stopped working

My case no. In apple customer care is[protected]. For which i spoke to customer care for about 4hours everyday from last 6days. Yesterday they asked me to go to ahmedabad cg square service station to fix the problem even i went there as its150km away, n shop was closed n said sorry come some other day we cant help n cancelled r call. We need help
