Apple India — my iphone 6 hard disk damage

I have purchsed iphone 6 on 7th september
It has been just 6 mth n my phone harddisk has been damaged...
It is not at all working properly...
Is it the way u r cheating ur customers by taking approx 30k and the phone not at all work for a year also... I want my phone to be checked as soon as possible.. And get the way it works as a new work.. Or provide me a replacement or back my 💰
