Service centre visit ticket numbers - sma1830065, sma1821777, sma1847193. It’s been more than 8 visits to the service centre for same issue “notification echo “ issue. Service centre is incapable of identifying the issue and only thing they do is reset the device and hand over.
When i have spoke to apple customer care they have informed that they are aware of the issue and working on fixing this by releasing software update.
Worry of my device is over now by only chasing for this to get fixed and no resolution still now.
Most pathetic after sales service i have ever came across. Apple should be banned there sales in india with this kind of worst support.

I escalation agent named sanskriti she told she will follow up till the resolution and i have been sending her voice messages, emails, and been a month haven’t heard and clearly told her not to close the case until resolution.
