Apple India — Not accept the product replacement

My request

I have purchased the Apple 85W MagSafe Power Adapter (for 15- and 17-inch MacBook Pro) on 8 september 2022
when it delivered it did not support to my MacBook Pro

I need Apple 85W MagSafe 2 Power Adapter ( for 15- and 17-inch MacBook Pro )
I want to return the product and purchased this one Apple 85W MagSafe 2

I am helpless now because I have called on your support and they said that we cannot accept return or exchange.
There is no use of this Adapter to me and My macbook has been offline for 4 days and there's important data in it and i need it ASAP Please
I am willing to pay extra charges for shipping or anything.
Please help me out from this
