Apple India — refund denied. m going through a traumatized situation by the store and apple customer service

Hi,

I have bought iphone xs for 1 lakh and got a defective piece. As it is under apple policy of refund under 14 days of purchase and i being eligible for that, still denying the refund. Have i spent 1 lakh in apple product to buy crying yelling agony and traumatize situation on me? Have i spent my hard earned money for this feeling. I don't want that phone in my life anymore.
