Apple India — Rude behaviour from staff at apple store

My name is Kuresh Patel and I am from Kolkata, India -
I am using apple phone since iPhone1

Recently I bought iPhone 13 pro, to understand more about mac book pro I visited Apple store at Quest mall today,
I was waited for about 30 minutes but 2 staff were busy with customer and rest were busy chatting among them self, I requested Mr Madhusudan one of the staff to show me some features in mac book pro but he very rudely said he is busy attending customer but there was no customer with him, one sales lady show some interest on me and comes up but mr madhusudan STOP her to help me
I was very much surprise seeing such a behaviour from apple store staff and I have never seen such behaviour before
Requesting your self to kindly teach your staff how to behave with them .
